Terms & Conditions
PMG Loyalty Program is a frequent patronage program designed to reward guests for staying in PMG Hotels and Resorts. The following Terms & Conditions are intended to protect members of PMG Loyalty. - Enrollment in the Program is free of charge. Membership in the PMG Loyalty Program is open to individuals aged 18 years or older.
- Membership is personal and non-transferable.
- Members may reach a higher membership level when they collect certain qualifying nights. Membership level is valid for one (1) years.
- Members that have collected 15 qualifying nights within one (1) year will be upgraded to Silver Member. PMG Members are required to stay at least one time within one (1 ) calendar year to keep their Member status and benefits. Members that have collected 21 qualifying nights within one (1) year will be upgraded to Gold Member. PMG Members are required to stay at any of PMG’s properties at least one time within the next one (1) following/calendar year to keep their Member status and benefits. Members that have collected 36 qualifying nights within one (1) year will be upgraded to Platinum Member. PMG Members are required to stay at any property at least one time within the next one (1) following/calendar year to keep their Member status and benefits. Failure of collecting qualifying nights stated will result in the downgrade of the membership level.
- Points of PMG Members are valid for one (1) year from the last check out date.
- Points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Guest reserves the right to refuse/terminate Membership without a given reason or reject any application if the required information is not supplied accurately and in full.
- Direct Bookings: Points are earned when reservations are made directly through the PMG website (www.pmgbali.com)
- Purchased Points: Members can also purchase points at a rate of 100k IDR per point. Purchased points can be combined with existing points for redemption.
- Reservation is made under the same name of the main membership owner.
- Walk-in Guests: Points can be earned by walk-in guests who provide their PMG Loyalty membership information at the time of check-in.
- PMG Points are not awarded on canceled bookings.
- To be able to earn PMG Points, all purchases must be recorded in the room’s account, which requires deposit or credit card guarantee.
- Points are awarded based on the total amount of stays
- Points are credited to the member's account within 7 days after check-out.
- Points cannot be earned on canceled bookings, no-shows, or bookings that are paid with PMG Loyalty Points or other promotional vouchers.
- For all hotels, regardless of the rate booked, Members who book through any third-party sites are ineligible to receive PMG Points for their room.
- Members may log in to the PMG Loyalty Website – www.pmgloyalty.com – to check their PMG Points balance or email our PMG Membership Representative at loyalty@pmgbali.com to get an update.
- Members who are missing PMG Points from their PMG Membership Account must notify the PMG Representative no longer than 365 days of their last check out date. Failure of notification will result in non-credited PMG Points. Any claims for missing PMG Points can be emailed to PMG Representative at loyalty@pmgbali.com
- Guests will be eligible to earn PMG Points after they become PMG Members. PMG Points will be credited to members’ accounts up to seven (7) working days after check-out.
Ineligible rate categories for point earnings are:
- Travel agency rates, online travel Agency rates. The guest room was booked through an online travel channel or other third party channel including, without limitation, booking.com, agoda.com, expedia.com, tiket.com, traveloka.com, trip.com, hotels.com, etc.
- The guest room was booked at a group rate as part of an event, meeting, conference, organized tour, wedding, banquet, or any complimentary stay, including business or leisure group reservations where rooms are booked under a group account or settled globally.
- The guest room was booked at a tour operator, wholesaler, airline crew rates, airline staff.
- The guest room was booked at a specific special rate, family & friend’s rate, group.

- Members may redeem PMG Points in value of Indonesian Rupiah for room nights upon check in or check out at PMG Hotel Properties.
- All rewards are non-refundable and non-cancellable. PMG Points will be deducted at time of redemption.
- Redemption options and point requirements are subject to availability and may vary by location, date, and demand.
- PMG Points cannot be used for corporate rate or any special rates.
- Points can only be redeemed by the member whose name appears on the account.
- All offers and rewards are subject to availability.
- Once points are redeemed, they are non-refundable and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash or any other form of credit.
- Whenever there are changes of personal information, it is the member's responsibility to update their membership record in the PMG Members' Portal or inform our PMG Representative in writing.
- Members are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in their PMG Loyalty account.
- The Participating Hotels reserve the right to adjust the PMG Point values as and when necessary to reflect changing market conditions.
- PMG reserves the right to terminate any membership that it deems to have been obtained or used in violation of these Terms & Conditions.
- Fraud or abuse concerning reward usage is subject to appropriate administrative and/or legal action by the Participating Hotels and/or participating partners.
- All interpretations of the Program Terms and Conditions shall be at the sole discretion of PMG. In the event of any dispute, the member agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.
