Terms and Conditions

  1. By joining the PMG Rewards member, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of PMG Hotels & Resorts loyalty program.
  2. To earn points or benefits under the PMG Rewards you must book directly with PMG Hotels & Resorts.
  3. Redeem points from our hotel website and get free night stay.
  4. The staying period for redeemed voucher is eligible 6 months since it is issued.
  5. Additional charge for free night stay redemption in High Season period on 1st July - 30th September and 22nd December - 27th December at IDR 300,000 nett/night for The Bandha Hotel & Suites and Bali Niksoma Boutique Beach Resort, and IDR 200,000 nett/night for The Magani Hotel and Spa.
  6. Additional charge for a free night stay redemption in Peak Season period on 28th December - 4th January at IDR 600,000 nett/night for The Bandha Hotel & Suites and Bali Niksoma Boutique Beach Resort, and IDR 500,000 nett/night for The Magani Hotel and Spa.
  7. Your PMG Rewards points can be redeemed but may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
  8. Participating outlets may be added or deleted in the future and members will be notified via either our PMG Rewards website or email.
  9. PMG Rewards members may be offered special product deals by PMG Hotels & Resorts by email campaigns.
  10. Members are responsible for advising changes to their preferences and contact details to PMG Rewards team by email at loyalty@pmgbali.com.
  11. PMG Hotels & Resorts at its sole discretion reserves the right to terminate a PMG Rewards account if miss-use of the account in a manner which is deemed as a breach of the Terms and Conditions.
  12. A member whose account is terminated will forfeit all points in their account.
  13. PMG Hotels & Resorts may deduct from the points balance in a members account any points credited in error and any points relating to a purchase which is cancelled or reversed or where a refund is given.
  14. PMG Hotels & Resorts may make changes the terms and conditions and the reward schedule at any time without prior notice. PMG Hotels & Resorts will attempt to notify members of any changes but shall not be liable in any way for failure to do so.
  15. PMG Hotels & Resorts may collect information about members including information contained in the application form and information as to transactions resulting in point’s credits and credits which will be held in the membership database. The membership database contains member information such as name, email, address, telephone number, and postcode.
