- Spa: 2x 60-minute Balinese massages at Visala Spa, plus up to 15% off additional treatments.
Transportation
- Transfers: 3x one-way airport transfer vouchers (one per stay).
Terms & Conditions
- Booking & Validity: Valid for one purchase per member. Vouchers are non-refundable, non-cash-exchangeable, non-combinable with other promotions, and valid for 12 months from purchase.
- Payment: Full payment required via payment gateway post-purchase; no credit card verification needed for registration. Cancellations are not permitted.
- Reservations:
- Accommodation: Book at least 30 days prior for low season and 45 days for high season, subject to availability.
- Spa & Services: Book spa treatments one day in advance. Early check-in and late check-out requests must be made one day prior to arrival/departure. Vouchers and prior reservations are required upon redemption.
- Dining: Food voucher is valid for a one-time redemption of the set menu at our restaurant.
- High Season Surcharge (Applies from 01 July – 30 September and 22 – 27 December):
- The Magani: IDR 200,000 per room per night
- The Bandha: IDR 450,000 per room per night
- Peak Season Surcharge (Applies from 28 December – 04 January):
- The Magani: IDR 500,000 per room per night
- The Bandha: IDR 600,000 per room per night
