The PMG Loyalty Program is a program designed to reward guests for staying at PMG Hotels and Resorts. Members can earn points for their stays, which can be redeemed for room nights.
Enrollment is free and available to individuals aged 18 years or older. You can join the program by signing up through our loyalty website or by contacting a PMG Representative.
The PMG Loyalty Program has four membership levels:
- Brown Member: Achieved by collecting 0 qualifying nights within one year.
- Silver Member: Achieved by collecting 15 qualifying nights within one year.
- Gold Member: Achieved by collecting 21 qualifying nights within one year.
- Platinum Member: Achieved by collecting 36 qualifying nights within one year.
No, membership in the PMG Loyalty Program is personal and non-transferable.
- Booking directly through the PMG website (www.pmgbali.com).
- Walk-in guests providing their PMG Loyalty membership information at check-in.
Points are credited to your account within 7 days after check-out. Points are not awarded for canceled bookings, no-shows, or bookings paid with PMG Points or promotional vouchers.
Yes, PMG Points can be purchased at a rate of 100k IDR per point. You can contact the PMG Representative or log in to your PMG Loyalty account to purchase points.
You cannot earn PMG Points on bookings made through third-party sites (e.g., booking.com, expedia.com), group rates, tour operator rates, airline crew rates, or any special rates such as family & friends.

If you notice missing PMG Points, please notify us within 365 days of your last check-out date by emailing loyalty@pmgbali.com. Claims made after this period will not be credited.
PMG Points can be redeemed for room nights at PMG Hotels. Points can only be redeemed by the member whose name appears on the account, and redemption is subject to availability. Once redeemed, points are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other credit.
Yes, you can combine your existing points with purchased points for redemption. This allows you to maximize the value of your PMG Points when booking stays or redeeming rewards.
Yes, points cannot be redeemed for corporate or special rates and are subject to availability depending on date and demand.
Your PMG Points reset at the beginning of each calendar year. If no points are earned or used before this reset, any unused points will expire and be removed from your account.
If you do not meet the required number of qualifying nights within the next calendar year for your current membership level, your membership will be downgraded accordingly. For example:
- Brown Member: Achieved by collecting 0 qualifying nights within one year.
- Silver Member: Must achieve 15 qualifying nights within one year.
- Gold Member: Must achieve 21 qualifying nights within one year.
- Platinum Member: Must achieve 36 qualifying nights within one year.
If these requirements are not met, you will be downgraded to the appropriate membership level based on your actual stay during that year, along with any associated benefits.
Yes, PMG reserves the right to terminate any membership obtained or used in violation of the Terms & Conditions.
Please update your membership record through the PMG Members' Portal or inform a PMG Representative in writing to ensure your account information is accurate.
No, PMG Points are non-transferable and can only be used by the member whose name appears on the account.
No, points from different accounts cannot be combined for redemption.

No, there are no fees to join or maintain membership in the PMG Loyalty Program.
Yes, there may be blackout dates or limited availability during peak seasons or special events. It is advisable to check availability well in advance.
