How do I check my PMG Rewards account?
You can check your account information by signing into your account here. After signing in, click on "Account." You can update contact information, check reservation history, change your password, and also see your member point & level.

How do I earn my points?
To earn points or benefits under the PMG Rewards you must book directly with PMG Hotel & Resorts. For every IDR 100,000 spent on our property's rooms, you will get 1 loyalty point. Points will be transferred into your member account upon check out.

What should I do if I have not earned my points after checking out?

Do my points have any expiry date?
PMG reward points does not have an expiration date. However, the staying period for redeemed voucher is eligible 6 months since it is issued.

Are my points transferable?
No, points are neither transferable nor exchangeable for cash.

Can I upgrade my room using points?
No, you can only use points for room purchases.

Will I earn points if I book a room for someone else?
Yes, you can still earn points if you book a room for someone else. But please keep in mind that the points will be rewarded to the PMG Rewards account of the email used for the purchase.

Can I give my rewards to someone else?
Yes, with the approval of the point owner and a statement that the point owner is willing to give the reward to others.

What happens if I forgot my username and password?
If you forget your password, you can follow the instructions by selecting Forgot Password. Or, you can send us an email to and we will email you your login details.
